I just formatted my OS drive, installed Win 10 and then installed Dopus.
For some odd reason I am not able to open .arw pictures in Dopus viewer anymore.
The viewer just opens and displays "Unable to open image.arw"
I have installed Dopus version 11.19
Under Preferences / Viewer / Plugins, make sure Raw Digital Camera is enabled, and then click Configure on it. Check that .arw is in its list of extensions.
If that's already set up, is this a .ARW file you've viewed in Opus before, or a new file?

The files are newly taken with my Sony RX100 MK3 so I have not opened them in Dopus before.

It looks like the Opus 11 Raw plugin can't decode the image, but the newer plugin included with the Opus 12 betas works OK with it:
I just tried Dopus 12 Public Beta and it works 
However, I only have a pro lisence for version 11 
What should I do?
I just got the temporary license so it is ok. However if I open a .arw image in a folder with multiple images I cannot skip to the next image. Preferably I would like to do this with the right arrow button. Can this be done, Leo?
Is Preferences / Viewer / Behavior / Generate next/previous list (when opened via double-click) turned on?
How is the viewer being opened?
Came back to confirm that this works in Directory Opus 12 with "Generate next/previous list" turned on
