Cannot Open Folder at Top of Lister

Please check this out:

Have your "My Documents" FOLDER on your desktop as well as in your user folders on the root drive.

Have DO set so that the lister (active) shows that FOLDER as the first in the list.

Attempt to open the FOLDER (I cannot).

Re-order the lister (by reverse name, etc.). Same FOLDER then opens without a problem.

Can someone confirm this, please?
