Cannot play video in Viewer

Hi,

I have a problem with the viewer. I cannot play any video.

  • They play fine in WMP 11 and other players
  • File Associations within WMP 11 refreshed
  • Movie Plugin associations checked

Can anybody help?

Hi,

now it works :smiley:

Recently I did a fresh install of WinXP so Dopus was not allowed to use ffdshow. But the dialog from ffdshow (Allow/Deny Once/Always) did not pop up. Therefore Dopus could not use this codec and just did nothing.

Right now the dialog popped up and I allowed DOpus to use ffdshow always and that's it.
