Cannot restore from saved .OCB file

I'm trying to emulate the Opus configuration on my (W10 x64) computer on a new Opus install on a new (W11 x64) laptop. I copied the saved .OCB file from the computer to the new laptop's Desktop. The Restore command on the laptop shows me all of the Desktop contents but not the .OCB file. It simply doesn't see it, so I can't implement it. Help.

Note that you have to select the folder where your backup is, and it'll then list all the backups in that folder for you to pick from. You don't pick the backup itself in the first step.
