I was hoping Directory Opus would fix an issue I have .. not being able to see the external harddrive. I walked through several troubleshooting events with Windows Explorer. Honestly, the rest are very confusing. I still can not see the external harddrive with Directory Opus. I tried plugging and unplugging it in both usb ports on my laptop (a Dell - running Windows 10 Pro). Please walk me through fixes that will help me access the external harddrive again!
