Can anyone help? I am having a problem creating a new Word Document correctly, using the Dopus right-click context menu.
When I hit "New" in the context menu, I see "Microsoft Word Document", (amongst other listed file types). If I select it, then a new file is created in the current folder, and it is named "New Microsoft Word Document.doc". However it is zero bytes in size. I can open it in Word, but the application considers it to be a simple text file. If I add any formatted text, I get a warning about the file format when I try to save it.
When I try the above from Windows Explorer, the "New Microsoft Word Document.doc" is created properly and has a file size of around 11KBytes. Word recognises it as a proper word document when I open it.
Does anyone know where the template document is stored that Windows Explorer uses, and how do I get Dopus to use it?
