I think Leo's point is simply that when you point another user towards finding something they're looking for, it's more likely to be of any real help if you assume they've only got whatever comes with Opus by default.
Certainly, any pointers based on a heavily personalized custom toolbar will be impossible for anyone to make sense of ... If you refer to something included in a download-able toolbar here on the forum, I guess that's ok as long as you call it out. But really... if somebody's already having trouble finding something - I'd just as soon point them to the default stuff than handing them "additional" instructions on downloading, then installing, then finding something 'extra'. Of course - that's just me .
This is why I keep copies of all the default Opus stuff... and when I think I can help somebody find something, I flip them on and go find it. Even then I miss stuff though...
