Can't Get rid of Image Toolbar

I just upgraded to Opus 11.
I have a custom lister layout but I can't get rid of the images toolbar.
I can remove it and save the new layout but when i open a lister with that layout the image toolbar is back.
I've tried everything.

It's probably coming from Preferences / File Display Modes / Toolbars.
