If Preferences / Zip & Other Archives / Zip Files / Make Opus the system default handler for Zip files is turned on then Opus will "repair" any changes made to the OpusZip type each time it starts, which includes the name.
What do you need to rename it for? Is it just the Type column? You may find the Extension or File Type Group columns suit you better if that's where you're seeing the name.
