Opus keeps telling me I can update. I keep agreeing. But it's still 12.6. And then again comes the notice to update to 12.7. I've turned off virus protection. No change in the problem. I've rebooted. Same problem. What's next?
Please download the 12.7 installer from http://www.gpsoft.com.au/DScripts/download.asp and run that, then reboot when prompted at the end.
Does that fix things?
Thanks, Leo, but no, at the end of those steps, I still have 12.6, not 12.7
Try doing a config backup (Settings > Backup & Restore), then uninstall Opus. Reboot if prompted to.
Then make sure C:\Program Files\GPSoftware is completely deleted, and run the 12.7 installer.
Finally, restore the config backup.
Thanks. Will execute later today. Too many meetings this morning... I'll report back either way. atb, JR
Still haven't had a chance to try, but have just lost 15 minutes trying to change the default email for Dopus from Outlook, which I don't use, to eM Client. eM Client is the defaut email app in my Windows 10 Default Applications settings, but Dopus insists on launching Outlook email to send a file to one of my contacts. Can you help me convince Dopus that eM Client is the default?
