Change default view to Tiles in My Computer

In My Computer it is being viewed as Details. I would like it to be Tiles... but when I set it as Tiles it does not stay as that!

What do I have to do so when I set the view a certain way it satys as that.

Any help would be gratefully accepted

If it's not saving automatically, either:

  • Make the change, then in the menus at the top of the main window, go to Folder > Folder Format, and then click Save, and save it for the folder (This PC, in this case).

Or:

  • Go to Preferences / Folders / Folder Formats and edit System folders / This PC from the list there.
