Change "File Display Border" default colours?

I've searched the forum & FAQ.
Couldn't find a solution.

I'd like dual pane turned on all the time.
It suits the way I work.

Unfortunately, the File Display Borders are green & orange.
Meanwhile, I have a beloved Black/Grey theme in Windows XP.

The Green/Orange sticks out like an eye sore.

Is there any way to change the "File Display Border" colours?

They're called "Source Border" & "Destination Border".
