I have a path format defined for a folder (I:\dcim|pan_103) that folder has moved to a new path (F:). How can I edit the path folder to change the drive letter?
The easiest way is to just add a new path format as a copy of the old one, and then delete the old one.
In Preferences / Folders / Folder Formats, find the old format, right-click it and choose Copy. Then right-click the group heading and choose Paste.
Thanks, Jon. The only issue with that was the drive is external so I had to plug it in. It would be nice to be able to manually enter the path as an option rather than only being able to select it from the pulldown list.
You can enter the path manually using the field at the bottom of the dialog that pops up.
Thanks again, Jon. I did not notice that field. It would be nice to have that in edit mode, however using copy/paste during add is sufficient to avoid having to connect the drive just to modify the path.
