I think I have done it before but I can not fix it now!
I want to change the name of the days that are displayed in the Date field.
I don't like the Locale Greek names because they mess up with the "Today" and "Yesterday" that are not translated.
I just want plain English names of the Days.

You can turn off the week day names but there isn't a way to keep them on and change what they are at the moment. The names come from the OS.
In the next beta, we'll move the day names into our own language data to avoid the mismatch of languages, so that "Today", "Yesterday" and the day names come from one place.
(The month names will still come from the OS, but you can always use a format with numeric months.)
