I created a button that copies some files to a USB stick and deletes old folders on the stick. I want this little "script" to check if the stick is available before starting (checking the drive letter or a specific folder / file would be sufficient), but I couldn't find anything suitable for this task in the manual or the forum - maybe I searched for the wrong phrases. Is there a way to accomplish this in an easy way in DO10?
Checking for the drive would probably be done in the same way in either case (since there should be a way to do it using the standard Windows scripting objects, although I haven't checked that for sure). The rest of the script logic would probably be easier/cleaner in Opus 11, since it gives you a better way to take the selected files and run an Opus command on them.
Nevertheless I'm looking forward to the new version. I always ask myself how this already very mighty and almost perfect program could possibly be improved, and you always manage to surprise me with some new goodies that aren't useless stuff, but really helpful improvements (even in most of the minor updates).
