Perhaps due to early translation errors, Tabs, Labels, and Tags may all be translated as "标签", which may cause confusion in communication.
I suggest correcting the translation:
Tabs = 标签页 or 选项卡
Labels = 标注 or 标记
Tags = 标签
For example, "Folder Tabs" is currently translated as "文件夹标签". If translated back to English, it may be "Folder Tags", but not if it is translated into "文件夹标签页".

This is a great software, but its Chinese translation is too disappointing

You're the one sharing an unofficial, who-knows-who translation—on the official forum, no less 
The file name seems to have the username, but not in the forum.
Using a third-party language DLL isn't a good idea for various reasons, not least of which that it will only work with a single version of Opus.
If you want to suggest improvements to the translation, suggest them. Posting a DLL is not useful and could cause problems for people who try to use it.
