Is it normal for list items to be so tall on your system? It looks like the list control is not drawing properly, and leaving left-overs from other items in the list at the bottom of the items, maybe because of the amount of extra space above and below the items. Are other lists similar height? Is that something you have changed yourself? (If so, please tell us how so we can try the same thing.)

One problem I see which is part of the translation: The filter control at the bottom is too far to the right on that 1st tab, with empty space to the left of it. It should only be offset to the right on the 3rd tab, where there is a "Filter:" label before it.
I've found what cause this: I have created some non-standard size iconsets, such as 1x1 48x48pix and 256x256pix. 
For more than a year, these translation problems still exist.
