Pretty simple question... When I go to set the description for a file the "Set Description" window pops up and lets me input the description. However, it has a drop down that has a history of all the descriptions that I've set and I'd like to know how to clear it (and keep it clear). Thanks!
I'm not aware of any setting to "keep" it clear... and every time you call up the dialog, whatever you type in will be saved, but you can set something up to delete the /dopuslocaldata\State Data\MRU\comment.osd file where the comment info is kept...
FYI:
If you want to get an idea of where stuff gets stored you should get comfy with a handy diff tool like WinMerge or something and compare before/after the following directories:
/dopusdata - for general 'config' changes
/dopuslocaldata - for dynamic 'usage' changes such as MRU and other saved dialog info
