# Clicking two adjacent elements in List or Details View triggers a double click

Echoing this bug report from 2020: [Clicking separate items triggering double-click event?](https://resource.dopus.com/t/clicking-separate-items-triggering-double-click-event/35182)

Clicking two adjacent elements in List or Details View within the double-click threshold triggers a double click on the second element clicked.

- It only happens in Directory Opus
- I'm on version `13.11 x64 Build 9081`
- I only get this behavior in List or Details view.
- It only happens to adjacent elements. Clicking with the same speed between non-adjacent elements does not produce the double-click
- `dblclk_distance` does not seem to be a factor. Even with a value of 0 it still happens.

Not reproducible with the current release version.

Note that 13.11 is almost two years old.

Oh damn. Time flies I guess ... I installed 13.20, which is the newest I can get with my license. Unfortunately that still has the same behavior 🥲
