CLSID for Windows "New" Shell Extension

I want to add the Windows "New" shell extension (new Word Document, Text File etc.) to the Lister context menu but can't find the CLSID. The ShellExView utility I use for finding shell extension CLSIDs lists everything except this one :frowning:

Your expertise in this area would be appreciated.
