hey guys, sometimes when im cycling through pictures in folders. this pops up on every image. its getting on my nerves now. I never used to get this on Dopus 10

That looks correct. Try going up a level to Collections and then delete the Marked Pictures collection entirely.

Type coll:// into the path field and push return. It should take you to the Collections folder, listing any file collections that exist.
Under that there should be a Marked Pictures collection. Select that and delete it.
