Color file or folder in lister based on partial name

Hi, in the past I've configured certain files and folders to have a certain color in the lister based on a regex match. For the life of me, I can't find how to change/modify/add to those settings.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Sounds like Labels to me (Preferences > Labels) with Filter Label assignments.
