i'm trying to style the field header/sorting bar in win10 for a dark theme
perhaps i'm blind but i can't find the option anywhere
...can you please advise how to change from the default bright white?

The header is drawn according to your Windows visual style. Changing the visual style is the only way to change it, at least at the moment.
I'm really looking forward to this. I'll just keep assuming it's coming in v12
