is it possible to color up scroll bars and search window?

Scrollbars can be changed via Preferences / Display / Colors and Fonts / Pane borders, next to the option it looks like you've already turned on for column headers.
Find panel uses standard Windows colors currently (and Windows has no real dark mode, contrary to Microsoft's marketing), but we will provide a way to override those in the future.
