Command for opening a new DO window

What's the correct command for opening a new DO window?

For example, if I go to Start > Run and enter "dopus" a new window will open but it's a little slower to appear than the usual shortcuts such as Win+E or double-clicking the desktop.

I need this for a AutoHotkey script.
