Concerned with compatibility of DOpus with a new Win8 64 bit laptop. Is v9 sufficient or which of the v10 is needed?

I installed v10 with a new Win8 install a few weeks ago.
Dopus has worked well enough for me to be decide I'll jump ship from Total commander.

Windows 8 is great too, and anyone saying otherwise needs a head check.
