Constant 30% to 40% CPU Usage

I just installed Directory Opus yesterday, and since the install it has been using about 30% to 40% of my CPU capacity. Does anyone know if this is normal?

Please disregard. I restarted my computer and the problem is solved.

If it happens again there are a couple of FAQs about tracking down the issue. It's usually caused by video codecs or shell extensions.
