CONTINUE to delete and SKIP those not allowed to delete

When selecting a bunch of files to delete, I am usually asked about SKIP and sometimes about CONTINUE

However sometimes DOPUS does not ask me about CONTINUE even though there are files there available to delete
I must go back and highlight them separately to perform the delete.

Is there a reason why ?

If you aren't using the Recycle Bin:

  • If there's a problem deleting a file then Opus will ask if you want to skip that file, with skip-all also being an option to avoid additional prompts if you want to do the same with all problem files. But it never asks if you want to continue. Continue is inherent in choosing to skip. (If you don't want to continue at all, you would click Abort instead.)

If you are using the Recycle Bin:

  • You'll see different behavior, since it is then Windows deleting the files, and the UI will be the same as the one you get in File Explorer.
