I am trying to convert images to a smaller size and weight
I am choosing the image, and settings as per image but when I click Ok nothing happens, can you please tell me what I am missing here.

Never mind just found out it's saving to a different folder, just deselected the destination folder and that did it
can you please tell me where can I change the destination folder ?
