I run it and the file size on the JPG does not change.
For example, I take a 4000 x 3000 x 24 JPG and set to convert it to a 1024 x 768. No action occurs.
I had this issue start up in the past few days. I just upgraded to 13.10 to see if the problem resolved. No, it did not.
What to do?
Just figured it out! There’s a check that went by the NEVER REDUCE IMAGE.
I hadn’t ever put that on. (I’ve only been using the program since around 2009.) Never had anything checked other than RESIZE and PRESERVE ASPECT RATIO.
No idea how that got checked. Unchecked now and working as it should.
