The button shown below does not display the info tip on mouse over. If I change the command to Copy DUPLICATE (for example) the info tip displays correctly. The problem seems to be associated with the COLLLIST argument.

Commands which generate a list of buttons never show their infotips as the thing with the infotip is never visible outside of Customize mode. (It is hidden, and in its place are the things it generates, if any. They get their own individual infotips automatically.)
