Copy CREATEFOLDER doesn't work with Folder Aliases

This seems to overlook the forward slash

Copy CREATEFOLDER=/downloads\newfolder

and works just like

Copy CREATEFOLDER=downloads\newfolder

I am pretty sure this is not intended.
