Copy box appears but does nothing and can't be closed or aborted.
Are you using MTP to copy to or from either device? (Click the location bar to edit the path for each side, and see if it starts with mtp://.)
What happens if you do the same copy using File Explorer? Does that work, or does it have the same issue?
