I would parameter AS expect to work.

For example: "C:\Program Files\GPSoftware\Directory Opus\dopusrt.exe" /acmd Copy File=/home/dopus.exe MAKELINK TO /desktop AS opusdopusdirectoryopus.lnk

(the "opusdopusdirectoryopus.lnk" would be the custom name -- you have to include the ".lnk" extension too)
