Copy modify dates between folders

I have converted some family vids .avi to mp4 but have lost the Modified date.
Is there a way to compare folder files names and copy that date over to the new mp4's?

This should let you do it easily, if the source & destination have the same files (same number, same order, and no gaps, but the names can differ):
