[Help file does not display correctly](https://resource.dopus.com/t/help-file-does-not-display-correctly/11534/1) in the FAQs has some suggestions on repairing the Windows components that display the help file.

If you still have problems after trying those, are you able to display pages with PNG images within Internet Explorer?
