I was copying files from an old hard drive that was causing cyclic redundancy check (23) errors. Could skip these files from copying okay.
I did try to view some of these which caused dopus.viewpaneloader to crash with error code 0xC0000006, forcing a restart of Directory Opus.
This topic is for information purposes only, maybe an opportunity to fix a potential (rare) bug.

There should be some crash logs. Please send them to us and we'll see if we can fix it (assuming it's Opus itself crashing and not something at a lower level, which could be an issue with a physically failing drive):
