Crash every time I make a right click on a file

hello,
strange, On my Sony Viao VPCS12J1E on Windows 8.1 64 bits,and Opus 11 , Everytime I make a right click on a file (not on directory, file only) to do a copy for exemple, DirOpus Crashes (each time). I try to uninstall/reintall but always the same problem.
On another Vaio , windows 8.1 64bits , Opus 11, no problem.

I don't understand what happened ?

any idea, help?
