Just updated to 24H2
Copying images from file explorer to DO, skip dialog appears, skipped a few then clicked skip all, crash.
Looks like the crash was in the Windows JScript garbage collector (i.e. not in any Opus code). This runs asynchronously so it's probably just a coincidence that it happened when you were copying files.

All three are the same, a crash in the JScript garbage collector. It seems like it must be a bug in Microsoft's new JScript engine.
