Hello there.
When viewing recent items (favourite), it crashes. Windows Explorer it is fine.
Any suggestions?

Sorted it out, it was because in another issue, my OneDrive context menu wasn't appearing (it needed to be set). I later occured to me this messed up the recent items.
I went into File Explorer are cleared the recent items and all is fine now.

Glad it’s working now.
We don’t seem to have received the dmp files so far. Would still like to look at them in case there’s something we can do to improve how the situation was handled.
