Copied image into clipboard and pasted in Opus.

Where is the image copied from?
I'm not sure. I think it occurs randomly - I can't reproduce it on behalf. I would say source it occurred when copied image from various programs like Word, Photoshop, Opera...
Do you have any clipboard monitoring or clipboard history tools installed, or anything like that?
Are any crash dumps created at the same time as the crashes? (Ignore dumps with unrelated times, if any.)
