Create new folder seems to loop

I am on Directory Opus Pro 12.23.4 (Beta) Build 7769 x64
OS 10.0 (B:19041 P:2 T:1) SP 0.0
I can create a new folder on the C drive (straight under the top dorectory structure but when I try on the D drive and on a USB drive , the folder is created but I get a Program not responding and need to shut it down.When it restarts, I can get into the folder
I had installed Raport from IBM but it still fails after I uninstall it.

I can create the folder in Explorer.

Please send us some snapshots of the process when it is frozen and we may be able to tell you what's causing the freeze.

It's likely to be something outside of Opus. Probably antivirus / antispyware, if it's affecting multiple devices.
