Create recurring folder structure

Hello,
how could I create a button which creates a recurring folder structure?

Example:

new mainfolder is Main and subfolders are Folder A, Folder B and Folder C

Main
|_Folder A
|_Folder B
|_Folder C

The name of the Main folder is always different, but the Subfolders are always the same.

Any hint?
