Creating shortcut in a lister that opens in adjacent lister

Hi.
I love the feature where I ctrl-click on a folder in one lister, and the contents of the folder open in the opposite side.

I want to do that with a shortcut (lnk) to a folder, but when I try, ctrl-clicking it only gives me the property panel of the shortcut.

Is there a way to get around this?
The idea is to have people see the shortcuts INSIDE the folder, and when they click it, they don't leave the folder. The adjacent lister would actually show them the contents of the shortcutted folder.

Simple?
Impossible?

Thx

In the Opus File Type Editor, edit the shortcut filetype (.lnk files) and from the Events tab, set the Left double-click + Ctrl event to run a command like Go OPENINDUAL...

Looks hopeful.
Will try it Monday when I get back to work.
Thanks sir.

It solved all my problems indeed. Thanks.
