Ctrl + A does not select all when Menu is hidden

Hi

Consider a UI with i.imgur.com/21GtH.png ( Drivers - 228 KiB )

Pressing Ctrl+A does not select all files/folders under this configuration.

Issue is reproducable.

That's because Ctrl+A is bound to the Select All command which is in the menu you've turned off.
You can create your own hotkey that runs this command if you want it to always be available.
