I have created a link to Directory Opus on a custom toolbar on the Windows task bar. This icon is displaying a "9" on the icon for version 9 of Directory Opus. I am running version 10.2.
Clear Icon Cache should fix Windows caching the old/incorrect icon.
If not, try deleting the old shortcut and creating a new one.
