Customize / keys dialog 1. no `isGlobalHotKey` column 2. purpose of the glasses-icon

Hi folks,
could you please assist with, on the customize / keys dialog :

  1. there is no isGlobalHotKey column , which woudl obvoiusly be useful
  2. purpose of the glasses-icon ?

  1. The system-wide hotkeys are in a separate group in the list. A column with that information would only waste space.
