I updated my fonts and some toolbar icons for WQXGA, work in progress...
Microsoft is absurd for keeping the icons in details mode fixed to 16x16 in 2026.
Icon sizes scale with DPI in Windows. They're 32x32 here (4K screen at 200% scaling).
I have dpi scaling off and never use it. These icons in my screenshot (the right lister) are 16x 16.
That's why then. Use DPI scaling to make things larger if 16x16 icons are too small. (Then reduce the font sizes to get back to what you wanted, as DPI scaling will increase those as well.)
(Reboot after the DPI change to make sure everything restarts with the new DPI. Until the reboot, some text or icons may be blurry.)
