Default tool tips

The default generic file tool tip is:

Type:
Date modified:
Size:

I know I can change the tool tip for a specific file type, using the Settings/File Types interface, but is there a way I can change the default generic file tool tip for those file types which do not have a specific setting?

This tooltip comes from the All Files File Type.
