Default toolbar keep coming back

Hello:

I have upgraded to v 12 and I have a custom toolbar (relevant here is Menu, Edit ...). But from time to time, the default toolbar shows up, and, in this particular instance, I cannot open a particular file (Macrium Reflect extension .mrimg). Anyone knows what's going on?

You probably just need to use Set as Default Toolbar Set after setting up your toolbars as you want them:

Okay Leo. Have done this. Sure it will work.

Turned out that the inability to open Macrium Reflect image files resolved itself after a reboot.
